To be eligible for a refund, please make sure you meet the following criteria:
- Your returns request must be submitted through our portal within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
- The product must be unworn and in perfect re-saleable condition.
- All security ribbons, and tags, must be firmly attached to your product.
- Your refund will be issued within 48 - 72 hours once the return has been validated.
If your return does not meet our criteria, we reserve the right to return the item/s back to you.
