Shipping Information

Good news, as a customer of Charisma London you're entitled to our standard free delivery service if you purchase more than £50.

Standard delivery operates weekdays Mon - Fri 8am to 7pm. To ensure you get all your goods before the weekend, please place your order by Tuesday to receive by Friday at the latest.

All UK orders take approx 2-3 working day.

Next day delivery is only for the next working day, so if you’ve placed an order on Friday after 1pm or the weekend, then you’ll receive it on the following Tuesday.

Bank holidays and public holidays are for resting, so any next day deliveries placed on these days will be despatched on the next working day and delivered to the customer the following day.
